We are a small team. Some of us write code. Some of us pour concrete pads and wire transformers. Most of the work happens on farms in Iceland, so expect mud on your boots and snow in winter. We are hiring ahead of our first pod in 2027.
How we work
On the farm.
Field roles travel between farms. Desk roles visit each new site at least once.
Small and hands-on.
You own your work from the first drawing to the day the pod switches on.

We decide in writing and share it. Our designs and costings are open to read.
